Giving to our School
In 1978, Shalom School, the Sacramento Region’s only Jewish Day School opened the doors to provide quality Jewish Education for the Sacramento Valley. In 2007, the School opened its new campus on Sierra Blvd. Now Shalom students have a state of the art campus for the state of the art education that the School provides.

All donations to Shalom School are tax deductible. If you would like to make a donation by mail, please make checks payable to "Shalom School” and send to: Shalom School - 2320 Sierra Blvd. Sacramento, CA 95825.
If you make a pledge, all pledges are payable by June 30 – the end of the School’s fiscal year. The School can also accept stock transfers. Shalom School can not accept vehicle donations at this time.
Donations can be made to Shalom School in someone’s name or memory. A letter will be sent to the honoree or family of the person in whose memory the gift was made. The gift will be acknowledged on our website and in our Thursday Folder. If multiple donations are made in honor of a special occasion or in memory of someone, the family will receive a list of donors so that they may also thank them.
Donations for specific needs --If a donor wishes to donate money for specific needs, the donor must contact the Development Director to determine what the School needs.
